The rise of digital reading has many sources: fascination with new technology, convenience, cost, and then the pandemic. It’s easy to assume we read the same way digitally as we do in print. But research suggests most people – including students – don’t.

Today’s talk is about how much the differences stem from the reading medium (print or digital) and how much from the mindset we bring to the way we read on each platform.
